Dean was very helpful, quick, and friendly. He got us in the same day we applied for a 2025 tacoma and we left with it that night. He made the experience very enjoyable and we got a really deal on the truck, it was a lot cheaper than what we’ve seen at other dealerships. We’re very happy with our purchase and will definitely consider coming back when it’s time to get a another car.

Trevia was great and super helpful. I came in around 8:30pm and closed the deal soon after, even stayed past closing to make sure everything was okay. She checked on me multiple times after taking the car home. A tire blew out right after driving off the lot but, Diego had it replaced free next day. Brian (mechanic) who replaced the tire was super respectful and efficient. Jose was the highlight of the show here. He found cheaper financing than the deal I brought from my credit union. The payments weren’t exactly where I wanted them to be, but nothing I can’t manage. I also walked away with a 2 year warranty and 1 year prepaid service package. I’ve already driven across the border and all over with no issues as I approach a month. I owned my last car so I was super apprehensive about financing again. I can look back now and say I don’t regret my purchase from Bell Toyota and look forward to having this car for the years to come. Just be upfront and honest about what you want/what you can do. Be assertive, ask questions, but most importantly being kind and respectful will take you a long way. It was a pleasure working with this dealer as any issues that arose, they fixed them quickly.

I just want to give a shout out to Will. He did an awesome job helping me to finding my dream car. I was undecided on 2 car, and he explained everything and the difference on both cars and took me for a test drive on both. If you ever need a car/truck go to Toyota on bell road and ask for Will. Ali was amazing! Made a quick call to see if the truck I wanted was in stock and it was. He had it waiting for us when we arrived to test drive and it was perfect! Just brought home my brand new 2025 Toyota Tacoma. Im so happy and had the best service from Kevin, Mickey and Gabe. Good experience with purchase of a Corolla Le hybrid last weekend. Sales team (Will and Ezekiel) were courteous and worked with you to get a sale. Finance department is a bit inefficient with the paperwork. If possible get the paperwork before you leave with the car the same day. It's been more than a week and I am still waiting for the paperwork I signed Overall positive experience.

Bell Rd Toyota had the best price for the 25' 4Runner compared to three other dealers. I knew exactly what my price was when I put down a deposit. My salesperson Jorge was very communicative and was so great to have helping me through everything. When my 4Runner came in, it was a smooth and easy process to pick it up. The finance director, Joseph helped with our paperwork and he was excellent to work with. There was a minor issue with my fender, but the sales manager Matt was quick to address and ensure it would get taken care of. I am very satisfied with my experience and definitely recommend Bell Rd Toyota.
